HOW WE
WORK
From your first sketch to final delivery -- a transparent, step-by-step process designed to eliminate uncertainty and keep your project on track.
WHERE DO YOU START?
EVERY PROJECT BEGINS DIFFERENTLY
We adapt to your starting point -- whether you have a finished drawing, a physical sample, or just an idea.
ENTRY A
YOU HAVE A DRAWING
Submit your 2D/3D files or technical specs. We review dimensions, tolerances, and material suitability -- then confirm feasibility within 48 hours.
ENTRY B
YOU HAVE A SAMPLE
Send us a physical sample or reference product. We reverse-engineer the geometry, identify materials, and reconstruct the production parameters.
ENTRY C
YOU HAVE AN IDEA
Describe your application, performance requirements, or functional goals. Our engineers co-develop the concept, propose materials, and define the profile geometry.
THE FULL PROCESS
FROM FIRST CONTACT TO FINAL COMPONENT
STEP 01
DRAWING REVIEW & DFM
We analyze your 2D/3D drawings for dimensional accuracy, wall thickness consistency, draft angles, and extrusion feasibility. Any structural concerns are flagged with suggested modifications before tooling begins.
STEP 02
SAMPLE REVERSE ENGINEERING
No drawing? No problem. We measure your sample with precision instruments, identify the polymer composition, and reconstruct the full production specification -- including die geometry and process parameters.
STEP 03
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT & MATERIAL SELECTION
For new product development, our engineers work with you to define the profile geometry, select the optimal polymer (PC, PVC, ABS, PE, PP, or co-extrusion combinations), and evaluate structural performance. We document the full technical specification before any tooling investment is made.
PC / PVC / ABS
Standard Polymers
Copper-Plastic
Co-Extrusion
Soft-Hard
Dual Durometer
Magnetic-Plastic
Functional Composite
STEP 04
MOLD & DIE DEVELOPMENT
Our in-house tooling team machines the extrusion die based on the approved specification. Die flow simulation is used for complex profiles to ensure uniform material distribution and minimize first-run corrections.
STEP 05
PROTOTYPING & SAMPLE APPROVAL
First-off samples are produced and measured against the approved drawing. We ship physical samples for your inspection and sign-off.
