Customer Background
The customer, an equipment brand owner from Europe and North America, provided drawings and functional requirements for a custom extruded structural component. In addition to extrusion, the customer wanted punching, silk-screen printing, and simple assembly from one supplier to reduce internal supply chain coordination.
